Function Overview

  • All data center nodes of UCloud Global support the creation of UHosts.
  • Multiple host models meet the needs of different business scenarios. The previous generation products include the general-purpose N-type, high-frequency C-type, and GPU models; the new generation Outstanding series products include the Outstanding O-type, Outstanding Pro-type, Outstanding Shared-type, and Outstanding Memory-type, etc.
  • Flexible host specifications allow custom combinations of CPU and memory sizes, with CPU-to-memory ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:8, which can meet the customized needs of different businesses and maximize savings in enterprise IT expenditure costs. More flexible CPU-to-memory ratios can also be created via APIs.
  • Three disk types: standard local disks, local SSD disks, and cloud disks (UDisk). Cloud disks include standard cloud disks, SSD cloud disks, and RSSD cloud disks, which can be freely combined according to different performance, pricing, availability, and capacity limits.
  • Supports common Linux and Windows images, as well as custom images.
  • External network firewalls provide network security access control functions.
  • 2 kinds of network modes are supported: basic network and private network.
  • Multiple monitoring indicators comprehensively monitor the health of hosts.
  • Supports the creation of highly available clusters through the load balancing product (ULB).
  • UDataArk can be activated to recover to any second within 12 hours.
  • Hot upgrade functionality can be enabled for some hosts, allowing CPU/memory upgrades without shutdown.
  • Multiple Payment Methods are supported. You can prepay annually, monthly or hourly.
