Hourly Postpayment

For postpaid hourly UHost, an order is generated every hour. If your account has sufficient balance, the fee will be automatically deducted. If the balance is insufficient, an arrears order will be generated.

For unpaid postpaid orders: A notice will be sent that the resource may be recovered.

+24 hours after the postpaid arrears order: A resource shutdown notice will be sent, and the system will force the shutdown on the same day.

+48 hours after the postpaid arrears order: A resource deletion notice will be sent, and the resource will be recovered on the same day.

Deletion

If you delete resources within the validity period, the system will calculate your billing information according to your payment method. When you delete a host, any cloud disks, networks, and other resources mounted on it will also be deleted and released simultaneously.

Prepaid

If you choose a prepaid billing method (annual, monthly, or hourly), and delete resources within the validity period, the system will deduct fees based on your usage time and return the remaining prepaid amount to your account. For specific refund rules, please see Resource Deletion Refund.

Postpaid

If you choose a postpaid billing model, deleting the host will stop the service and generate payable orders on the hour.

  1. Under the prepaid model, if you delete the host and the current usage time is not a complete number of hours, the system will automatically round up to the nearest hour and calculate the refund based on the actual usage.
  2. For detailed refund rules, please refer to Resource Deletion Refund.
