Category	Specification Description
Signature Content	1. The signature content must match the type of materials and purpose submitted by the SMS sender; 2. The signature content must be used to identify the associated company, product, or business and serve as an identity of the SMS sender; 3. The signature content must have actual significance and neutral signatures such as “Alert Notification,” “Dear Customer,” etc., are not supported; 4. The signature must not contain content referring to pornography, gambling, drugs, political, religious, or other prohibited content as per the UCloud Global SMS Service Agreement; 5. If the signature content infringes upon third-party rights, authorization from the third party must be obtained; 6. The signature content should consist of characters in Chinese, English, numbers, or underscores, without any other special symbols;
Signature Length	1. The length of the signature should be 2 - 12 characters, with each Chinese character, letter, digit, or underscore being counted as one character;
Signature Format	1. Domestic SMS Signature Format: Composed of 【】 and signature content. Fill in the signature content directly when applying, and the system will automatically add 【】 when sending; 2. International and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan SMS Signature Format: Composed of [] and signature content. Fill in the signature content directly when applying, and the system will automatically add [] when sending;

Materials related to the proof document must be original scans, with licenses unexpired and without modifications.
The uploaded review materials must be in jpg, png, or pdf format and the file size must not exceed 4M.

Validate whether the signature is the full name or abbreviation of the company name based on the business license: Full name: The full company name. Abbreviation: a. All abbreviation fields are included in the full company name field. b. Partial abbreviation is included in the full company name, such as a signature “xx software,” company name Beijing xx Information Technology Co., Ltd., further specification recognition is needed.
Validate whether the signature is a trademark owned by the company based on the trademark certificate. The trademark must be searchable on the “China National Intellectual Property Administration Trademark Office ,” and the trademark owner must match the company name under investigation.
The APP name, as found in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology ICP/IP Address/Domain Information Filing Management System . The ICP filing entity of the APP must match the company name under investigation.
Recognized compliant signatures: Full name, abbreviation, trademark, APP name of the company

International and Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan SMS: Before applying, confirm that the company authenticated on your account meets the admission sending policy requirements for the target international and regional markets we intend to cover. The review materials for each target international and regional market can be confirmed with technical support.
