Q: What are the requirements for manually adding a cloud host to a scaling group?

A: Manually added hosts must meet the following conditions:

1. The cloud host to be added must be in the same region as the selected elastic scaling group.
2. The cloud host to be added must be in the same VPC as the selected elastic scaling group.
3. The cloud host to be added must be running normally and has not been added to any scaling group before.
