SMS Package
I. Package Types and Quota

On the package management page of the USMS SMS service, the various SMS packages purchased under the current project are displayed by default, with the main information including:
- Package Number: A system-generated number that you may submit when you have package-related issues or consultation needs, to expedite the processing progress.
- Package Name: The package name will display the type of SMS you purchased.
- SMS Purpose: The intended usage of the package you selected at the time of purchase, primarily including verification notifications, marketing promotions, and general types. The product prices for different SMS purposes may vary slightly.
- Total SMS Quantity: The number of SMS in the purchased package.
- Remaining SMS Quantity: The remaining number of SMS in the package at the time of your query.
- Expiration Date: The expiration date of the package. The remaining SMS quota is only valid until this date, and it will become invalid afterward, meaning it cannot be used.
- Status: Indicates the valid status of the package, categorized into valid, quota exhausted, and expired based on the expiration date and remaining SMS quantity.
II. Purchase Packages
2.1) Fill in the Required SMS Information

On the package management page of the USMS SMS service, click the “Purchase Package” button at the top left of the list to jump to the “Package Purchase Popup Page” to purchase the corresponding SMS. The main information of the package purchase popup page is as follows:
- SMS Category: Select “Domestic SMS”.
- Package Type: “Custom Package” is currently open to users, supporting any purchase quantity of SMS (unit: per hundred messages).
- SMS Purpose: Users can choose “Verification Notification Type” for sending verification codes, system notifications, etc., and choose “Marketing Promotion Type” for sending membership promotions, event promotions, etc. The general type option is not open for custom packages.
- Custom Quantity: Refers to the number of SMS purchased by the user in a single transaction (unit: per hundred messages), with a minimum purchase of 100 messages per transaction.
- Purchase Duration: The validity period of the purchased SMS package. The specific validity period is subject to the explanation on the purchase page.
- Total Cost: The total number of SMS purchased this time * the unit price corresponding to the current SMS purchase quantity (see the price gradients for each single purchase quantity of domestic SMS: Domestic SMS Prices).
- UCloud Global Service Agreement: Includes the service content provided by the USMS SMS service, service fees, service usage specifications, UCloud Global rights and obligations, exemption clauses, and confidentiality clauses, etc., which you need to review before purchasing.
2.2) Read the UCloud Global SMS Service Agreement
Before purchasing SMS services, you need to carefully read and comply with the “UCloud Global SMS Service Agreement” (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”). Before accepting this Agreement, please make sure to read all its content carefully, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as the choice of jurisdictional court. Clauses that limit or exempt liability may be highlighted in bold or underlined to draw your attention. After confirming that there are no errors, check the checkbox for the UCloud Global service agreement, and then click “Submit” to purchase. SMS packages do not support cancellations, and unused resources are non-refundable.
2.3) Payment on the Payment Page

On the SMS payment page, after confirming the relevant package information, click “Confirm Payment” to complete the payment;
- If there are relevant SMS package vouchers in your account that meet the usage conditions, you can use one during the payment process; only one voucher can be used each time.
